I am Mrs. Vibha Gupta from Mumbai, India. I started learning Ikebana from Sensei Leela Rajkumar in 1975 and I am a Riji from Sogetsu School. I have given demonstrations and participated in many exhibitions. I teach Ikebana in Mumbai. I love attending conventions and visit the Sogetsu headquarters in Japan. I have held flower arranging and ikebana workshops for managers in the Hospitality industry and been a judge of flower arrangement competitions held at Catering colleges in Mumbai. I am a committee member of Ikebana International, Mumbai chapter and am interested in promoting this beautiful art. Besides Ikebana my other interests are photography and pottery. I love making ikebana vases. I am also founder of a commercial floral design company called Flowercraft since 1993. I have been a design consultant to all the properties of The Taj group of hotels in Mumbai, it is one of the finest chain of five star hotels in India. Besides that we also offer floral design services for parties, weddings, gifting and corporate events.
