Former corporate soldier turned fulltime ikebana artist and teacher. I believe in the power of ikebana to change ones state and improve quality of life.
My effort is aimed at introducing more people to ikebana through ikebana installations in public spaces, live demonstrations on social media and via workshops.
I also actively use online teaching individually and in groups for beginners and advanced ikebana practitioners. This way we could offer ikebana curriculum to people who have no access to local teachers.
Having a proven business model for running a successful ikebana business is my ultimate goal. Demonstrating that ikebana as a viable professional choice should be instrumental in attracting younger generation of artists to ikebana.
